Opportunity: Inventory & Procurement Leader

We’re seeking a leader who can bring structure to complexity—someone who ensures the right materials are in the right place at the right time, without tying up unnecessary capital. This role is critical in building a high-performing, scalable warehouse operation while driving forecasting accuracy and demand alignment across the business.


What You’ll Own

  • Inventory Accuracy & Control:
    Champion best-in-class inventory management practices, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system data through audits, cycle counts, and process improvements.

  • Warehouse Growth & Optimization:
    Support and scale warehouse operations to meet increasing demand, implementing systems and workflows that improve throughput, space utilization, and operational efficiency.

  • Demand Planning & Forecasting:
    Partner cross-functionally to anticipate demand trends, align purchasing strategies, and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.

  • Procurement Strategy:
    Develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, and reliability while supporting long-term business growth.

  • Supplier Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships to ensure consistent supply, competitive pricing, and flexibility in a dynamic environment.

  • Contract Negotiation:
    Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, mitigate risk, and drive measurable cost savings.

  • ERP & Systems Utilization:
    Leverage ERP platforms to enhance visibility, reporting, and decision-making across inventory and procurement functions.


What You Bring

Core Experience

  • Proven success in inventory control and accuracy improvement

  • Strong background in procurement and sourcing strategies

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow supplier relationships

  • Experience negotiating contracts with measurable business impact

  • Advanced proficiency with ERP systems for inventory and purchasing

Preferred Background

  • Exposure to demand planning, forecasting, and budgeting

  • Experience supporting warehouse expansion or operational scaling initiatives

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
