AR - Billing

We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing / Billing Clerk to support daily billing operations in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on accurate invoice preparation, reconciliations, and coordination with internal teams. This is an onsite job in Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timely

  • Review job tickets, delivery records, and pricing for billing accuracy

  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and adjustments

  • Respond to invoice-related inquiries from internal teams and customers

  • Maintain organized billing records and documentation

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of invoicing or billing experience preferred

  • Experience with reconciliations and high-volume billing a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Must have good Excel skills

  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced office



Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
