Job Cost Manager | Bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing, project-based organization in the Indianapolis area seeking a Job Cost Manager. This role will support leadership with financial planning, analysis, budgeting on job costing and WIP, and other operational insights. The ideal candidate comes from a project based construction organization with great experience in job costing/WIP and FP&A.
Responsibilities:
Track key metrics and support reporting needs
Partner with operations and production teams for accurate budgeting
Monitor job costing and WIP activity
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
Analyze project performance, margins, and cost drivers
Maintain financial models and support scenario planning
Identify cost trends and process improvement opportunities
Support dashboard and reporting development
Manage/Coach/Supervise one Financial Analyst
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting
5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally at a construction organization
1+ years’ supervision experience
Experience with job costing/WIP reporting
Strong Excel as well as analytical skills within an ERP

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
