Junior Accountant

Location: Ontario, CA
Pay Range:  $25.00-$30.00 hourly
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

Our client, a logistics company located in Ontario CA., is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join their finance team. The Junior Accountant will support with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and monthly close job duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.

  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.

  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.

  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.

  • Support with ad hoc projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).

  • 1+ years of accounting experience (internships or coursework accepted).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
