Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly close activities by assisting with journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules

• Maintain accuracy of general ledger accounts through routine reviews and variance follow-up

• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash activity as part of core accounting operations

• Prepare documentation and schedules to support audits and internal reviews

• Collaborate with senior accounting team members on financial reporting and ad hoc projects

• Learn and apply GAAP principles while gradually taking on increased accounting responsibility

Qualifications

• One to two years of accounting, finance, or related experience in a corporate or public accounting environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles with a desire to grow into a Staff Accountant role

• Exposure to general ledger accounting, reconciliations, or month-end close activities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and willingness to develop advanced spreadsheet skills

• Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and motivation to learn in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $72,500.00 to $82,500.00 per year
