Key Responsibilities
Support monthly close activities by assisting with journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Maintain accuracy of general ledger accounts through routine reviews and variance follow-up
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash activity as part of core accounting operations
Prepare documentation and schedules to support audits and internal reviews
Collaborate with senior accounting team members on financial reporting and ad hoc projects
Learn and apply GAAP principles while gradually taking on increased accounting responsibility
Qualifications
One to two years of accounting, finance, or related experience in a corporate or public accounting environment
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles with a desire to grow into a Staff Accountant role
Exposure to general ledger accounting, reconciliations, or month-end close activities
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and willingness to develop advanced spreadsheet skills
Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and motivation to learn in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $72,500.00 to $82,500.00 per year
