Junior Accountant

 Location: Sherman Oaks, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Finance & Accounting
Pay Rate: $23.00-$25.00 Hourly

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our client’s growing finance team in Sherman Oaks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a solid foundation in accounting while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Assist with daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable

·       Prepare and post journal entries

·       Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

·       Support month-end and year-end close processes

·       Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

·       Assist with audits and tax filings

·       Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

·       1–2 years of accounting experience (internships count!)

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)

·       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities



Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
