This is a great opportunity for a fresh accounting degree graduate. This is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The salary range is between $53,000-$58,000.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional looking to gain hands-on experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and close processes within a structured and collaborative environment.
This position is entry-level and offers training, making it ideal for candidates eager to grow their accounting career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the accounting team and key stakeholders to support daily accounting operations and identify process improvements
- Assist with general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Support weekly, monthly, and year-end close processes
- Partner with Controllers to support financial reporting and operational accounting needs
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, schedules, and reports
- Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- Support intercompany transactions and related accounting activities
- Assist with ad hoc projects, process improvements, and team initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure service level expectations are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 0–2 years of accounting experience (internships welcome)
- Basic understanding of general ledger and accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP a plus
- Exposure to manufacturing or similar environments is a plus
