Lease Consultant

LHH is seeking a motivated, sales-driven Lease Consultant to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, negotiating deals, and driving transactions forward. You will work directly with property owners to secure and manage lease agreements supporting wireless infrastructure projects, including cell towers and antenna sites.
Responsibilities:
Drive lease acquisition efforts by negotiating and closing new agreements, amendments, extensions, and landlord consents
Manage a high-volume pipeline of opportunities while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the leasing process
Present proposals and clearly communicate deal terms to stakeholders to facilitate successful outcomes
Track, manage, and forecast deal activity using internal systems such as Salesforce and DataTree
Coordinate contract execution, including use of DocuSign, and ensure timely completion of all required documentation
Review leases, deeds, and easements to support deal structuring and due diligence efforts
Partner with internal teams to streamline transactions and resolve issues efficiently
Contribute to lead generation efforts through outreach, networking, and ongoing relationship development
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, leasing, or negotiations with a strong track record of closing deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, deadline-oriented environment
Ability to analyze basic financials and understand deal economics
Work Environment:
This is a fully remote position with standard business hours. The team stays highly connected through virtual collaboration tools, including MS Teams, with ongoing training and support provided.

Pay Details: $47,000.00 to $48,000.00 per year
