Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to support a multi‑family residential community in Seattle. This is a sales‑driven leasing role ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a commission‑based environment and engaging with prospects in person, over the phone, and online.

Schedule & Compensation (Important)

  • Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturday availability is required)

  • Pay: $23/hour plus commission

  • This role includes leasing commissions in addition to hourly pay

What You’ll Do

  • Lease apartments by guiding prospects through tours, applications, and the full leasing process

  • Respond promptly to rental inquiries via phone, email, and text

  • Build rapport with prospects and residents while maintaining a sales‑focused mindset

  • Prepare and process lease agreements and required documentation

  • Coordinate move‑ins and move‑outs with residents and internal teams

  • Maintain accurate resident records and leasing activity in property management software

  • Support marketing efforts, online listings, and resident engagement initiatives

  • Collaborate with maintenance and management to ensure a positive resident experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Interest in leasing, sales, or commission‑based roles

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Comfort working toward sales and leasing goals

  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, resident‑facing environment

  • Reliable attendance and availability for the required schedule

Prior leasing experience is helpful but not required.
Candidates earlier in their leasing or sales careers who are motivated to grow and earn commission are encouraged to apply.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
