LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate/Corporate Legal Assistant to support a dynamic legal team in Nashville. This fully onsite role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions and corporate legal support.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate multi-state real estate transactions, including title and survey review, due diligence, and closing preparation
Draft and manage leasing, loan, and purchase/sale documents
Organize and track critical deadlines and closing checklists
Assist with post-closing tasks such as document recording and fund disbursement
Support corporate legal functions including entity formation, filings, annual reports, and minute book maintenance
Communicate effectively with clients and counsel, and manage billing and reporting tasks
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate and/or corporate legal support
Strong understanding of real estate deal flow and due diligence processes
Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and legal billing systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable in a digital-first environment
