We are seeking a legal assistant to support litigation attorneys in our client’s Jacksonville office. This role primarily supports the Financial Services Litigation team, with potential to assist the Construction Litigation group as well.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative mindset. Candidates without government relations experience will still be considered.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage attorney calendars and scheduling

  • Handle e-filing and e-recording of legal documents

  • Edit, format, and style legal documents

  • Assist with time entry and proforma processing

  • Provide reliable administrative and litigation support as needed

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of law firm experience required

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Highly organized, punctual, and positive attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
