Job Title: Junior Legal Assistant (Full-Time, Onsite)
Location: Downtown Nashville, TN 37219 (Central Business District)
Status: Full-Time | Onsite (Hybrid eligible after Year 1)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm in downtown Nashville to identify a Junior Legal Assistant. This is an excellent "get your foot in the door" opportunity for an entry-level legal professional seeking long-term growth within a collaborative, fast-paced firm environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Draft, proofread, and manage professional client and internal correspondence
- Coordinate attorney schedules, meetings, and heavy calendaring
- Arrange business travel and assist with event and meeting logistics
- Maintain and organize legal documents, both electronic and physical files
- Assist with expense reports and reimbursement processing as well as billing
- Support attorneys and staff with administrative and operational needs as business demands require
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ year of recent law firm experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Prior exposure to real estate and/or business transactions is highly preferred, but not required
- Ability to work onsite full-time and provide flexibility for occasional overtime
Work Schedule & Environment:
- Full-time, fully onsite during the first year
- Upon successful performance, eligible for a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
- Occasional overtime will be required based on business needs

Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year
