LHH Recruitment Solutions seeking a legal assistant for a well regarded mid-sized law firm in the Pittsburgh area. This firm offers sophisticated litigation defense focused case work.
Responsibilities:
Prepare legal files and e-filing with various courts.
Drafting, proofreading, and transcription of various documents.
Open and close new matters and conduct legal research.
Assist with and edit prebills and invoices.
Schedule depositions, meetings, etc. and manage attorney calendars.
Assist attorneys with trial preparation
Enter attorney time, submit and prepare expense reports, and travel arrangements.
Assist with other various administrative duties for attorneys to help support their practice growth.
Qualifications:
Prior law firm experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Maintains confidentiality on all legal matters.
Ability to type at least 60+WPM

Pay Details: $25.00 to $36.00 per hour
