Legal Biller

We are partnering with a well-established professional services organization to identify a Legal Biller to join their accounting team in downtown Cincinnati, OH. This hybrid role is a key contributor to the firm’s revenue operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing in accordance with client guidelines and internal standards.
This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented billing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable working closely with attorneys and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Generate, review, and process prebills in alignment with established procedures and deadlines
Interpret client billing requirements and ensure compliance with billing guidelines and fee agreements
Prepare and submit invoices, including electronic billing (eBilling) through vendor platforms
Maintain accurate billing instructions and account details within the accounting system
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies using available tools and internal resources
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of billing or general accounting experience
Background in a legal billing preferred
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Comfortable working in a hybrid setting and using virtual collaboration tools
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $78,000.00 per year
