We are partnering with a well-established professional services organization to identify a Legal Biller to join their accounting team in downtown Cincinnati, OH. This hybrid role is a key contributor to the firm’s revenue operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing in accordance with client guidelines and internal standards.

This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented billing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable working closely with attorneys and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate, review, and process prebills in alignment with established procedures and deadlines

  • Interpret client billing requirements and ensure compliance with billing guidelines and fee agreements

  • Prepare and submit invoices, including electronic billing (eBilling) through vendor platforms

  • Maintain accurate billing instructions and account details within the accounting system

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies using available tools and internal resources

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of billing or general accounting experience

  • Background in a legal billing preferred

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and organization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setting and using virtual collaboration tools

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $78,000.00 per year
