LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a nationally recognized law firm to hire a skilled Legal Assistant to support its Private Credit practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is looking to contribute to a team handling sophisticated financial transactions and regulatory matters.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office, supporting attorneys who advise clients on private credit investments, fund formation, and related legal issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in the Private Credit department
  • Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and transaction-related materials
  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics
  • Assist with document organization, filing systems, and transaction tracking
  • Support regulatory filings and compliance documentation
  • Communicate with clients, internal teams, and external parties to facilitate workflow
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm setting
  • Familiarity with financial services, private credit, or transactional law preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong technical skills and comfort with legal and document management platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading abilities
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure while staying motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


Pay Details: $40.00 to $44.00 per hour
