Job Summary:
LHH is currently recruiting a Legal Support Specialist to provide  administrative and clerical support to attorneys and paralegals for an office in Atlanta. This role requires prior experience as a legal assistant, preferably in litigation, within a law firm or similar environment. The client is looking for strong organizational skills, a customer service attitude, attention to detail, and proficiency with technology are essential. 
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver legal, word processing, and administrative support to attorneys and paralegals 
- Provide in-person coverage for legal assistants as needed 
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel, and conferences 
- Organize and maintain case files and legal documents 
- Prepare and process monthly client billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines 
- Track and submit reimbursement and marketing expense reports 
- Manage correspondence, billing letters, and time entry files 
- Enter attorney timesheets into the CMS database 
- Open new client and matter files in accordance with procedures 
- Assist with attorney calendars and contact management 
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned 
Requirements:
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 
- Experience with document formatting, including Styles, Table of Authorities, and Table of Contents 
- Familiarity with Kofax PDF is preferred 
- Knowledge of NetDocs or similar document management systems 
- Experience with Litera or similar redlining/tracking software is preferred

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
