LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a well-established and growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Nevada seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team. This role will manage a full litigation caseload from filing through trial. The firm handles a variety of matters including motor vehicle accidents, sexual harassment, and premises liability. This role will manage a full litigation caseload from filing through trial. The firm handles a variety of matters including motor vehicle accidents, sexual harassment, and premises liability. Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution, including trial preparation
- Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and discovery-related motions
- Take and defend depositions (parties, witnesses, and experts)
- Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and trials
- Engage in settlement negotiations and mediations
- Evaluate cases and provide strategic recommendations
Qualifications:
- Active and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience (personal injury preferred)
- Experience handling cases through the full litigation lifecycle (not solely pre-litigation)
- Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Trial experience is a plus
