LHH is seeking a skilled Litigation Legal Assistant to join a well-respected firm in Jacksonville, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong litigation support experience who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic legal environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys handling commercial and business litigation matters.
Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Manage case files, discovery materials, and document production.
Maintain attorney calendars, deadlines, and court filings (state and federal).
Coordinate scheduling of hearings, depositions, and meetings.
Assist in trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and witness coordination.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the litigation team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation, business litigation, or related practice areas.
Strong knowledge of court rules and e-filing procedures.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
