LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm to hire a Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys in a busy and fast-paced litigation practice. This is a great opportunity for a legal professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing litigation workflows from pre-filing through trial.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and legal support skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing deadlines and case documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence

  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate court deadlines

  • Assist with electronic filing in state and federal courts

  • Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and trial preparation materials

  • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel

  • Support attorneys with billing, time entry, and expense tracking

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a litigation legal assistant in a law firm setting

  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court rules

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation

Pay Details: $48,000.00 to $91,000.00 per year
