LHH is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and post‑judgment matters. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting litigation teams in state and federal courts and be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with attorneys and legal staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, including pre‑trial, trial, and post‑trial matters

  • Managing case files, pleadings, discovery materials, and correspondence in electronic and hard‑copy formats

  • Drafting and proofreading legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence

  • Assisting with discovery by coordinating document collection, organizing productions, preparing privilege logs, and tracking deadlines

  • Conducting legal and factual research using online databases and internal resources

  • Coordinating state and federal court filings, including e‑filing and service of process

  • Monitoring and calendaring litigation deadlines, hearings, depositions, and court appearances

  • Assisting with deposition and trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness materials, and trial binders

  • Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors at the direction of attorneys

  • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with court rules, firm policies, and client requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited program

  • Prior experience supporting litigation matters in a law firm or corporate legal department

  • Familiarity with state and federal court procedures and filing requirements

  • Strong drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
