Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a law firm in Denver, Colorado that is looking to add a Litigation Paralegal to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a role where no two days are the same. The team is growing and needs a paralegal who can step in and help keep things running smoothly.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and assist with case analysis
  • Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and court filings
  • Coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses
 
Qualifications:
  • 4–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally with a focus on employment defense
  • Experience supporting a solo practitioner or small defense firm is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Colorado state and local civil procedures, including filing requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with legal software, including document management systems, timekeeping tools, and litigation support platforms
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats to support a busy and collaborative team

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
