Litigation Paralegal

LHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal in Fort Lauderdale, FL to support a dynamic and growing practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex business disputes in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with all phases of commercial litigation from inception through trial
Draft, review, and cite-check legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
Manage large volumes of documents and maintain organized case files
Coordinate and respond to discovery requests, including document production and review
Prepare deposition summaries, chronologies, and trial materials
Conduct legal and factual research as needed
File documents in state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with applicable rules
Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and case tracking
Qualifications
3+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures
Experience with complex litigation and document management systems
Business or corporate law experience is a plus
Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
