LHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal in Fort Lauderdale, FL to support a dynamic and growing practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex business disputes in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with all phases of commercial litigation from inception through trial

  • Draft, review, and cite-check legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery

  • Manage large volumes of documents and maintain organized case files

  • Coordinate and respond to discovery requests, including document production and review

  • Prepare deposition summaries, chronologies, and trial materials

  • Conduct legal and factual research as needed

  • File documents in state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with applicable rules

  • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and case tracking

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience

  • Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures

  • Experience with complex litigation and document management systems

  • Business or corporate law experience is a plus

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
