We are actively seeking an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established and growing law firm in Greensboro, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, complex litigation environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in business or commercial litigation
Experience supporting cases involving complex disputes such as breach of contract, fraud, partnership disputes, or other business-related matters
Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures
Proficiency with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case management systems
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys through all phases of litigation from inception through trial
Draft, review, and manage legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
Coordinate and manage large-scale document production and e-discovery
Conduct legal research and summarize findings
Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trial
Maintain case files and track critical deadlines
