Litigation Paralegal

LHH is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established firm in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense litigation and be comfortable supporting attorneys through all stages of the litigation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and other litigation documents.
Assist with case preparation, including deposition, mediation, hearing, and trial support.
Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and related materials.
Maintain attorney calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate scheduling.
Conduct legal research as needed.
Monitor billing and prepare time entries for case-related work.
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5–7 years of litigation paralegal experience, with a strong focus in insurance defense.
In-depth knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and local court rules.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with case management software and e-filing systems.
Ability to handle multiple matters independently in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Jacksonville, FL (hybrid work arrangement available)
