Litigation Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well established law firm to recruit an experienced litigation paralegal. This full time position is ideal for a detail oriented professional with at least five years of litigation experience and strong knowledge of e discovery processes, platforms, and best practices. The role supports attorneys through every stage of litigation and requires excellent organizational and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation from initial case development through trial
- Manage large volumes of documents and evidence throughout the litigation lifecycle
- Oversee e discovery processes including data collection, processing, review, and production
- Work within e discovery platforms such as Relativity or similar systems
- Prepare and organize pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, experts, and internal teams regarding document requests and case needs
- Summarize depositions, create chronologies, and prepare case timelines
- Maintain case calendars and track deadlines to ensure compliance with court rules
- Assist with trial preparation including exhibit lists, witness materials, and trial binders
- Support attorneys during hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting
- Strong e discovery experience is required, including use of major review platforms
- Knowledge of litigation procedures in both state and federal courts
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team based environment

Benefits:

Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
