Litigation Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in New York, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team.
This position is hybrid - 3 days in office with flexibility.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with complex litigation matters
Filing with various arbitration institutions including AAA, JAMS, and NAM
Filing in state and federal courts
Handling trial preparation and discovery
Cite-checking and blue booking
Editing and proofreading documents
Conducting legal research
Requirements:
5+ years of complex litigation experience including arbitration experience
Knowledge of electronic filing in State and Federal courts
Knowledge of filing with arbitration institutions
Proficiency in Relativity, Concordance, Word, Excel, Filesite
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work overtime, as needed, including evenings and weekends
The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000 per year depending on experience.
