Work Schedule: Fully On-Site, Monday to Friday in Office in Orlando

Job Summary:

LHH is recruiting for an experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal for a reputable law office in Orlando, FL. This fully on-site role involves working closely with attorneys, a paralegal, a legal secretary, and a project assistant. Candidates must have at least 5 years of litigation experience and be comfortable managing cases from inception through trial preparation. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced legal environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions

  • Draft legal documents including subpoenas and pleadings

  • Support case analysis and ensure deadlines are met

  • Perform federal and state e-filing

  • Summarize medical and billing records, as well as deposition transcripts

  • Manage cases from inception through completion


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently under pressure

  • Highly motivated and proactive

  • iManage, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Aderant Billing Software are all preferred by not required

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
