LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm to hire a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in complex litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing cases from pre-filing through trial and post-judgment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large volumes of documents, court filings, and deadlines. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with case management, discovery, and trial preparation
  • Draft and proofread legal documents including pleadings, subpoenas, deposition summaries, and correspondence
  • Coordinate and manage electronic filings in state and federal courts
  • Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and document databases
  • Conduct legal research and cite checking
  • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
  • Support attorneys with administrative tasks, billing, and time entry

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and e-filing systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation

Benefits:

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
