LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-regarded litigation team that focuses on high-stakes construction and real estate matters. The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its fast-paced, defense-focused practice. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with attorneys and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and support
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and other litigation documents
- Organize and manage large volumes of case data, including document review using Relativity
- Coordinate closely with attorneys on active trial desks
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in all documentation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in construction, real estate, commercial litigation, or personal injury defense
- Familiarity with state and local civil procedures and filing requirements in Washington
- Experience supporting trial-heavy caseloads
- Strong technical skills, including Relativity and other litigation support tools
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
