Hybrid Litigation Paralegal – St. Louis, MO | $60,000–$70,000

LHH is partnering with a top-tier law firm to find a talented Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in defense litigation. This is a direct hire, full-time, hybrid role based in St. Louis, MO, offering a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

 

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Hybrid – 2 days in-office, 3 days remote

• Location: St. Louis, MO and Clayton, MO

• Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annually

• Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire

 

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of defense litigation experience

• Strong preference for experience in asbestos, toxic tort, products liability, or personal injury

• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to attend trials both locally and nationally

 

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation cases from intake through trial

• Coordinate with expert witnesses, schedule testimony, and maintain expert relationships

• Draft pleadings, disclosures, and legal correspondence

• Maintain and update client extranets and case management systems

• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and document productions

• Assist with motions, billing summaries, and medical record reviews
