Job Overview:
- Requires strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail, especially when handling financial records and transaction documents.
- Involves managing loan and payment processing, conducting financial analysis and credit underwriting, and preparing documentation for approved loan transactions.
- Includes coordination with third parties to arrange title insurance and schedule property appraisals to support the closing process.
- Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of experience in commercial lending or credit analysis in a banking setting, with preference given to those familiar with documentation or title-related tasks such as escrow.
- Well-suited for individuals transitioning from mortgage underwriting or loan processing roles, particularly those experienced in interpreting financial statements and tax returns using specialized software
