Logistics Coordinator (Hybrid)
Location: Gardena, CA
Schedule: Hybrid (on-site and remote)
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day transportation, shipping, and inventory activities. This hybrid role is based in Gardena, CA and plays a key part in ensuring timely, accurate movement of goods while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate domestic shipments from origin to final destination
Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight partners
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
Prepare and process shipping documentation, including BOLs and invoices
Maintain accurate records in ERP or logistics systems
Communicate shipment status to internal stakeholders and customers
Support inventory control and warehouse coordination as needed
Ensure compliance with company procedures and transportation regulations
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
Familiarity with freight scheduling, shipment tracking, and documentation
Experience working with ERP or logistics management systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Preferred Experience
Experience with domestic freight (LTL, FTL, parcel)
Exposure to warehouse or distribution operations
Background in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer goods environments
Compensation: $26 to $29 per hour
