Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator Needed in Tempe!

LHH is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator with 1 or more years of experience for a full-time job at a well-established company in Phoenix, AZ. This is a great direct-hire role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-driven and results-oriented and devoted to excellence team.

$50,000 - $58,000 annual salary depending on years of experience! 

 Responsibilities:

  1. Creating shipment orders

  2. Tracking shipments

  3. Monitoring Supply Chain operations

  4. Reviewing purchase orders

  5. Processing Inventory

  6. Checking quality on shipments

  7. Scheduling shipments

  8. Registering orders

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 1 years working in a Logistics environment

  2. Minimum 2 years working in a similar industry experience example, dispatching, transportation, construction and manufacturing!

  3. Prior experience with managing transportation/logistics is a plus

Skills:

  1. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  2. Outstanding customer service

  3. Problem solving

  4. Critical thinking

  5. Scheduling

  6. Exceptional organization and time management

  7. Excellent communication, both verbal and written

 

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract-to-hire

Eligible for medical, vision and dental benefits after 60 days of employment.

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
