LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in Central Phoenix who is in search of a logistics coordinator to join their team Monday-Friday 8am-430pm. This job is fully onsite. The hourly rate is $26/hr
This role is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and dispatching labor and light industrial workers to various job assignments while ensuring efficient communication between workers, supervisors, and partner job sites.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working in a hands-on, operations-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily scheduling and dispatching of labor and light industrial workers to assigned job sites
- Communicate assignment details, reporting instructions, and schedule updates to workers
- Maintain accurate records of worker attendance, assignments, and availability
- Serve as a point of contact for workers regarding scheduling, job placement, and dispatch questions
- Collaborate with supervisors and partner organizations to ensure staffing needs are met
- Monitor staffing levels and assist with filling last-minute or urgent workforce requests
- Track and update workforce data, schedules, and dispatch logs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
- Provide professional customer service and support to both workers and clients
- Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, workforce coordination, staffing, transportation, or related operations required
- Experience working with labor, warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or light industrial employees preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
