LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in St. Louis, MO. This role is responsible for coordinating and tracking inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely, accurate, and cost‑effective delivery of materials and finished goods. This role works closely with carriers, warehouses, vendors, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly and customers satisfied.

Compensation will vary depending on experience:
Entry: $45,000 - $50,000
Mid: $55,000 - $60,000
Senior: $65,000 - $70,000

Job Description:
Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and freight partners
Schedule deliveries and pickups to support production and customer requirements
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, shortages, or transportation issues
Prepare and maintain shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices
Communicate shipment status to internal teams, suppliers, and customers
Work with warehouses to ensure proper loading, unloading, and inventory accuracy
Monitor freight costs and support cost‑saving initiatives
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and safety standards
Maintain accurate logistics records within ERP or transportation management systems
Support continuous improvement efforts across logistics and supply chain operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments at once
Familiarity with freight carriers, shipping terms, and logistics documentation
Experience using ERP, TMS, or logistics tracking systems
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
