We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, facilities, and technical operations in a highly automated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and overall plant performance.
- Build and lead the TPM Progressive Maintenance (PM) pillar.
- Reduce downtime through root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop maintenance and technical teams.
- Support capital projects, equipment installations, and commissioning.
- Manage maintenance KPIs, budgets, spare parts, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and FSMA requirements.
- 7+ years of maintenance, engineering, or technical leadership experience.
- Strong TPM experience, including the PM pillar, required.
- Strong electrical, mechanical, automation, and PLC knowledge.
- Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens PLC experience.
- Experience in highly automated manufacturing environments.
- Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field required.
