Manager, AI Quality Optimization
Customer Service & Support
AI Operations Manager is to function as an internal audit / compliance oriented leader focused on operational integrity, cross department alignment, and discrepancy detection using their AI platform.
This role is best suited for a strong “internal affairs” type—someone who is comfortable calling things out, enforcing standards, and asking hard questions when processes do not align with reality.
Core Objective
The primary responsibility is to identify, investigate, and report discrepancies between:
How work is documented and reported within the AI platform
How work is actually executed in the real world
The goal is to bridge gaps, improve efficiency, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures across business units.
Technology & Tools
AI Platform: Palantir
Access / Case Management Tool: Zendesk
The platform was rolled out approximately one year ago
Multiple modules exist across different business units under the broader corporate umbrella
The individual will initially focus on Residential Property Management, as that module is currently the most mature and fully developed, before expanding oversight to other business units.
Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate SOPs across departments and stakeholder groups
Observe how workflows are executed in the platform vs. in practice
Identify, document, and surface discrepancies
Partner with department leaders and stakeholders through blended meetings
Leverage AI to improve the questions being asked, not just the answers
Act as an investigative, observant presence that challenges assumptions
Serve as an advisory partner to the C-suite and key stakeholders
Over time, this role may evolve into a true people management position, but initially it will operate as an advisory / audit / compliance focused role with heavy AI involvement, including transcription and operational analysis.
Profile They’re Looking For
Curious, investigative, and efficiency driven
Entrepreneurial mindset with “founder energy”
Comfortable pushing back and calling out misalignment
Strong tenure history, ideally with:
Progression across departments within one organization, or
Clear growth across multiple organizations
Experience managing teams that operate through tools:
Coaching, educating, supporting, and leading through systems
Not stagnant or overly risk averse
