LHH is currently recruiting an experienced Billing Manager for direct hire opportunity in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for overseeing all day‑to‑day billing operations with a strong emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established policies. The Billing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize billing workflows, ensure consistent compliance, and support positive customer experience. This position will also play a key role in supporting new and evolving billing models, including those related to monetization strategies and advertising revenue. This is a direct hire role with pay up to 100K + 10% bonus with fantastic benefits as well! 

 

Responsibilities:

-          Oversee daily billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation in compliance with policies, contracts, and revenue recognition standards.

-          Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure complete and accurate billing inputs, support deal structures, and resolve billing inquiries or disputes.

-          Maintain and optimize billing systems, partner with IT to test updates, implement new products, and ensure data accuracy and system stability.

-          Support new and evolving billing models, including monetization and advertising revenue streams, by translating complex deal structures into scalable billing processes.

-          Drive continuous improvement through workflow automation, process enhancements, and support for internal and external audit requirements.

-          Utilize ERP tools for reporting, reconciliation, and process standardization.

-          Lead, coach, and develop the billing team while fostering a collaborative, service‑oriented environment.

 

Qualifications:

-          Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, and business, or a related field preferred.

-          Minimum of 5+ years of experience in billing or AR including leadership experience.

-          Experience with ERP systems; experience a plus.

-          Strong organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

-          Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
