Manager of Billing and Accounts Receivable

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Healthcare Billing Manager to oversee billing operations, lead staff, improve revenue cycle performance, and ensure accurate, compliant reimbursement. This position offers a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee claims, payment posting, denials, accounts receivable follow-up, and collections.
· Lead and develop billing staff to support productivity, accuracy, and service quality.
· Monitor key revenue cycle metrics and implement process improvements.
· Ensure compliance with payer requirements, billing regulations, and privacy standards.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in healthcare or medical billing management.
· 5+ years of people management experience.
· Strong knowledge of claims, reimbursement, denials, collections, and revenue cycle operations.
· Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $98,000.00 per year
