LHH is partnering with a reputable client in Greensboro searching for a Manager of Client Service Operations to join their team! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 paying $95-115k with full benefits and annual bonus eligibility based on company performance. This role will involve heavy people leadership, client service and operations management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of a team of 8–10 Retail Operations Specialists and provide consistent coaching, training and development

  • Manage team performance and identify areas for improvement regarding client relationship building

  • Assist with escalated calls/client correspondence regarding title/insurance tracking, funding, etc.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to identify cost-saving measures, process improvement initiatives and increased efficiencies

  • Negotiate vendor contracts as needed

  • Provide best possible client experience by managing direct team

  • Utilize various systems/tools to create and maintain dashboard for streamlined internal and external (client, dealer) experience

Qualifications:

  • Must have 5-7 years of experience managing a client service, customer service, or financial operations team

  • Management experience within financial services, title, equipment funding preferred

  • Must have strong technical and data analysis skills, Power BI and advanced Excel strongly preferred
