HVAC Mechanical Engineer (MEP / Design-Build) – Greensboro, NC

Full-Time | Onsite | $80k - $120K Base DOE

A well-established MEP engineering and contractor organization is hiring an HVAC Mechanical Engineer to support design-build projects across industrial, commercial, and life sciences environments.


What You’ll Do

  • Design HVAC/mechanical systems for design-build projects

  • Develop energy models, permit drawings, and specifications

  • Collaborate with project teams to solve engineering challenges

  • Conduct site visits to ensure designs are executed correctly


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of HVAC/mechanical engineering experience

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, HAP or TRACE

  • Background in systems: air, hydronic, steam, or industrial ventilation

  • BSME required | PE preferred / EIT a plus
