About the Role
As a Medical Front Office Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You’ll manage front desk operations, assist with scheduling, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Verify insurance and collect co-pays
  • Maintain patient records and update information
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to support daily operations
 
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a medical office or customer service setting preferred
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
