Position Highlights
  • Title: Medical Front Office Specialist
  • Location: Two locations in San Jose, CA (within close proximity)
  • Schedule: Full-time, weekdays
  • Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience)
  • Start Date: ASAP
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow using EPIC
  • Verify insurance and collect co-pays
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
  • Support clinical staff with administrative tasks
 
Requirements
  • EPIC experience is a must
  • Prior medical front office or healthcare admin experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work across two nearby locations
  • Strong attention to detail and patient confidentiality
