Salary: $80,000-$85,000

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Paralegal to join a highly regarded Portland law firm. In this full-time hybrid role, you’ll support a busy litigation team handling complex medical malpractice cases. Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of medical malpractice cases, including discovery and trial prep
  • Conduct medical record reviews and prepare chronologies
  • Organize case files, coordinate with experts, and support depositions
  • Draft and manage litigation documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of med mal paralegal experience in a law firm setting
  • Proficient in Oregon state and local civil procedures, including filing requirements
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology
  • Proven trial preparation and case management experience
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
