Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of medical malpractice cases, including discovery and trial prep
- Conduct medical record reviews and prepare chronologies
- Organize case files, coordinate with experts, and support depositions
- Draft and manage litigation documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of med mal paralegal experience in a law firm setting
- Proficient in Oregon state and local civil procedures, including filing requirements
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Proven trial preparation and case management experience
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
