Member Service Representative - Chicago (Pilsen area)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a local organization in hiring Member Service Representatives. This is a contract to hire role, onsite near Pilsen.

This position is Contract to Hire
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
Pay: $21/hour
Responsibilities
Assisting members with registration
Taking high volume inbound calls from members needing to register
Answering questions regarding membership dues and deductions
Answering basic questions about CBA contracts, union programs and events
Documenting all phone call content
Qualifications include:
2 or more years in customer/member services, for a health insurance, union, or health provider organization
Tech savvy, able to work between multiple systems and monitors
Ability to complete deadlines and goals, under minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attendance and punctuality
