Mortgage Underwriter

We are hiring for a Mortgage Underwriter in Milwaukee, WI. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable organization with a good culture and team environment. If you have at least two years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Mortgage Underwriter Responsibilities:

• Underwriting 5-10 real estate loans per month

• Ensure loans meet program and product specifications

• Comply with credit, appraisal, and property condition requirements

• Review credit reports and make appropriate decisions

Requirements:

• Two or more years of underwriting experience

• Higher education desired, but not required

• Fannie Mae mortgage loan experience desired

• Must be bondable and clear background/credit checks
