Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, and vendors, providing professional customer service and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Support daily office operations, including mail distribution, document management, filing, scanning, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate the ordering, receiving, tracking, and distribution of boat décor, spare parts, and other shipments.
- Enter and manage technician time, work orders, and timesheets in Salesforce.
- Maintain inventory records, vessel files, warranty requests, and factory parts documentation.
- Assist with packaging, shipping, and logistics activities.
- Coordinate replacement décor, retail items, and office equipment maintenance.
- Manage office supply inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Support company events and boat shows as needed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, vendors, and customers.
- Participate in meetings, follow company policies and procedures, and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of administrative, office support, or related experience.
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/database systems preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft and Apple operating systems.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work occasional weekends and perform light lifting as needed.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
