Job Title: Office Assistant (Temporary)
Location: On-Site – Columbus, OH 43215
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time (In Office)
Assignment Duration: Asap – March 27, 2026


Position Overview

A professional and organized Office Assistant is needed to support daily administrative operations in a Columbus-based office. This is a temporary, full-time, in-person role that requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Perform front desk reception duties and greet guests

  • Scan and upload client workpapers and engagement documents

  • Assist with setup and coordination of meal services during peak periods

  • Stock and maintain kitchen and office supplies

  • Provide general administrative support as needed


Basic Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Experience:

  • 1+ year in an office services, facilities, or administrative support role required

Software:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
