Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4 hours/day)
Compensation: $20–$23.37/hour

🗓️ What You’ll Do
As the Office Assistant, you'll be the go-to person for daily office support. Your responsibilities will include:
Office Operations & Front Desk Support
Greet clients and guests with professionalism and warmth
Monitor office access and support employee entry
Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and packages
Distribute deliveries across the office
Administrative Support
Scan, print, and send documents
Create labels, nametags, and assist with light word processing and binding
Order office and kitchen supplies as needed
Facilities & Workplace Support
Complete daily office walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, organization, and identify issues
Stock, clean, and maintain kitchen areas
Unload the dishwasher as necessary
Unbox, store, and manage supply items
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and service needs
✔️ What You’ll Bring
Education & Experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in office services, facilities, or a similar role
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional Strengths
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional, polished appearance and demeanor — especially when interacting with clients
Ability to adapt communication style to various audiences
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
Must be able to work on-site daily
