LHH is actively seeking an Office Assistant for one of our top clients in Richmond! This will be a contract to perm opportunity with our client and will report onsite to their office in Richmond.

Target temporary pay rate not to exceed equivalent of $48,000 annually
Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Office Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in our Richmond office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting daily office operations, facilities coordination, and front desk activities.
The Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently while delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front desk reception and administrative support
Assist with day-to-day office operations and facilities coordination
Coordinate service requests with property management and outside vendors
Set up conference rooms and meetings
Order, organize, and maintain office and kitchen supplies
Receive, sort, secure, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Monitor and maintain inventory in common office areas
Coordinate meal orders and catering for meetings and events
Maintain office equipment and ensure machines are functioning properly
Manage and respond to shared inbox requests in a timely manner
Support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
Education
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Experience
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in office services, facilities support, administrative support, or a related role required
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Must be able to work onsite at the Richmond office location
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
